Waitlist Information
At this time, Kids Club is at full capacity.
The Kids Club management team meets weekly to review staffing levels and, in direct relation, school year contract requests. As soon as we have sufficient staff to safely accommodate more children, we will accept additional contracts from the waitlist.
If you have a contract on the waitlist, you will be notified by email when their contract is ready for acceptance. Please respond within three business days of receiving this notification. If we do not receive your response, we will contact you by phone and provide an additional 24 hours for your reply. Should we still not hear from you after this follow-up attempt, your contract will be passed and the available spot will be offered to the next family on the waitlist.

Contract requests will be accepted during the contract request window. If more contracts are requested than available at a specific site, a random computerized lottery will be held. There will be no preference given for when the contract request was submitted. Registration process details are available here.
Contracts requested after the contract request window will be placed at the bottom of the waitlist, in the order they were received.

Non School Days
We offer high-quality care and activities, including field trips, when school is not in session. For school year 2025-26, register your child at their regular school site. During winter break, spring break, and other select days, sites may combine based on enrollment to ensure quality programming. Families will receive at least 10 business days' notice if sites combine, as follows:
