Summer 2024
Summer 2024 Contract Request Window
February 13, 8:00am – February 26, 11:59pm
Contract acceptance/waitlist notification will be sent out via email by the week of March 11.
After March 11, summer contract requests will be reviewed on the following dates. Contracts will be accepted based on staffing and building capacity.

- May 13
After May 13, contract review will be paused to allow for final program preparation. - June 10, 24
After June 24, contract requests will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.
Registration Process
Contract requests will be accepted during this two-week window. If more contracts are requested than available at a specific site, a random computerized lottery will be held. There will be no preference given for when the contract request was submitted. Registration process details are available here.
